Need for Speed: Most Wanted – Black Edition is an open-world racing video game developed by EA Black & EA Redwood Shores and published by Electronic Arts. Ninth installment in the NFS series, it was released in December 2005 for Nintendo DS, PC, PS2, Xbox, GameCube & Game Boy Advance.
Need for Speed: Most Wanted – Black Edition’s gameplay is as same as its predecessors, allowing the player to choose a car and races to finish before a time limit against opponents. When racing, the player will have to beat the police chase as well. That way, he will confront two types of enemies; opponents and police. The police will use every trick of their trade to apprehend the player and to prevent him from reaching the destination. This feature can also be found in NFS III: Hot Pursuit, NFS: Hot Pursuit, and NFS: Carbon.
There is a feature of nitrous oxide speed boost, allowing the player to use for a faster speed, so it can pass and beat other racers. The weather changes or develops during the race, taking place in the city of Rockport. Unlike in any other in the NFS series, there are sunsets and sunrises, except for Underground where races begin and end at night. This time NFS: Most Wanted – Black Edition free game enables the player to roam round. However, it as well restricts in Career mode.
